Yvonne Sayers

Hello, my name's Yvonne. I have many years’ experience working with families in crisis, dealing with all aspects of life and the difficulties that life can bring. In my own life's experience, it’s not the crisis that I remember but the people that helped me through it, which is why I like to help others when they need support.

I'm also an experienced parent and family support advisor.  I've supported many parents and families over the years, by implementing family support plans, and helping parents to improve their parenting skills through parenting programmes.

My team and I are here to provide support and guidance to the patients and staff members of the Waterside Primary Care Network. The three practices within that location are Red and Green, Waterfront & Solent and Forestside.
